Our family AI agreement
We use AI to learn and create while protecting people, privacy, honesty, and wellbeing.
- We keep names, schools, addresses, schedules, passwords, health details, and contact information out of AI tools.
- We ask an adult before uploading any photo, voice, file, or personal work, and we avoid identifiable child media.
- We verify important claims with a trusted or primary source before using or sharing them.
- We follow school and teacher rules, do our own thinking, and disclose AI help when required.
- We do not treat AI as a secret-keeper, therapist, best friend, or replacement for trusted people.
- We do not create or share deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, harassment, or bullying.
- We ask a parent before any purchase, subscription, trial, upgrade, or in-app payment.
- A parent reviews account creation, age eligibility, privacy settings, sharing, and deletion controls.
- We stop, close the tool, and tell a trusted adult when content feels unsafe, upsetting, manipulative, or confusing.
