Privacy Policy
AI Education for Kids is designed for parent-guided use. We minimize information collection, do not ask children to create accounts, and do not request a child’s name, school, birth date, address, photos, or direct contact details. This policy explains forms, analytics, embedded media, local tools, retention, and choices.
Parent-only inquiries
Free-class and contact forms are for parents, guardians, educators, and other adults. They may request an adult’s name, email, a broad child age band, experience level, preferred session, consent, and an optional question. Do not include child-identifying information. We use the submission to respond, arrange the requested service, protect the service, and maintain necessary records.
Data minimization and child information
We do not ask for a child’s name, exact birth date, school, home address, direct email or phone number, photos, voice, or account. If an adult accidentally sends unnecessary child information, contact us to request review or deletion.
Analytics and cookies
We may use Google Analytics 4 and related cookies or local browser storage to understand broad categories such as pages viewed, navigation and resource clicks, tool starts/completions, video interactions, prints, and parent form completion. Analytics must not receive names, email addresses, free-text questions, tool answers, agreement choices, or child information. Browser and provider controls may let you restrict cookies.
Local-only tools
The Learning Path Finder, Project Finder, Safe AI Tool Selector, and Family AI Agreement process selections in the browser. The site does not send or store those answers as profiles or server-side history. Closing or refreshing the page clears the generated result, subject to ordinary browser behavior.
YouTube and external media
Embedded videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain, lazy loading, and no autoplay. Loading or playing an embed can still connect your browser to YouTube/Google, which applies its own terms and privacy practices. External links, Amazon, Microsoft Teams, email, WhatsApp, and other providers process information under their own policies.
Retention, access, and deletion
We keep adult inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to answer, administer the requested class or relationship, maintain security and records, and meet applicable obligations. Retention can differ by record and service. Adults may email contact@aieducationforkids.com to ask what they submitted, correct it, or request deletion; some records may need to be retained or may not be technically recoverable from aggregated data.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when services or providers change and will update the review date. Send privacy questions, accidental child-data reports, or correction requests to contact@aieducationforkids.com. This description is informational and does not promise compliance with a law or certification beyond what can be verified.
